The bags are made from all natural cotton, and are one hundred percent biodegradable. They are reusable & recyclable. These bags are an excellent replacement for plastic bags, which are a big waste issue.

The production process involves cutting different sizes of cotton cloth pieces and then stretching them on a stretching machine. Pattern is made on a draft basis according to the customer requisite design and thereafter cutting of cloth is done on the basis of the same pattern.

The small cuttings are tailored into different sizes and designs using a sewing machine. Where it is necessary to include company labels and designs, they can be sewn or just printed to add value to the products.

On customer`s demand , any text or picture or design can be printed according to their specification in all the available colourswith the help of dye printing, heat printing, machine printing, block printing etc.

Quality check is done of each and every bag by a team of dedicated personnel. There are two levels of inspection i.e Interim and final inspection where it is assured that all the bags are stiched according to the customer`s specification and design and are free from any kind of dust, damage, mis-prints, unwanted marks and threads

Packaging is performed in quantity of 50, 100, 150, 200 bags in each carton depending on the size of the bag and then are dispatched to their relevant destination by means of sea or air for the purpose of distribution, sale and use.
