Nanki L. SinghCEO and MDNanki has been a part of the financial services industry in various roles in India and abroad for over a decade. She previously worked for the Royal Bank of Canada, CIBC, and Religare Financial Services, and then moved onto establishing a boutique transaction advisory firm specialising in healthcare. It is in this capacity, Nanki realized a growing need for Senior Care and a gap in operational expertise available in India to serve almost 150 million population growing at 3.8% annually.
This realisation and a long term vision inspired Nanki to enable a strategic collaboration with Genesis HealthCare Inc. leading to the establishment of Genesis Rehabilitation Services India Pvt Ltd. Nanki graduated from Delhi University and did her Masters from Cornell University. She is now settled in Delhi with her husband and 2 children.
Paroma GangulyIris WorldwideParoma drives business and strategy at Iris Delhi and is responsible for inspiring great ideas that ensure growth in the client’s business. Passionate about understanding people, Paroma is keen on exploring the role of communication in effecting meaningful action among communities. She has worked on campaigns for Brands, Social Behaviour Change, Healthcare and Politics.
Amit TyagiFinancial Consultant, Bom (H), CAAmit Tyagi graduated from Delhi University with a degree in Bachelor of Commerce. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant having experience of over 12 years in Indian statutory law, assists clients to meet regulatory compliances in India including investment structuring and tax litigation.
AshishDev GeraWellness Coach Manager
One of India’s leading physiotherapists and integrative healers, Ashish’s multi-disciplinary and integrative approach comes from an unusual professional background. Having spent seven years total studying (achieving a Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy; Masters degree in Physiotherapy: Orthopaedics and Sports Rehab, both degrees entirely centred on Western medical traditions), his previous posts include simultaneously juggling patients in thirteen intensive care units at Delhi’s most prestigious private hospital, to state level football teams. He has also worked with special needs youth cases (Autism and Cerebral Palsy) and has been published in a medical journal. As a Fellow of The Academy General Education, he also has teaching experience in biomechanics, kinesiology, anatomy and physiology.
In 2015 he added a holistic and intuitive aspect to his practice joining internationally renowned wellness retreat. He managed his own department there, work for which he has been acknowledged in Conde Nast Traveller USA. In 2020, he became certified as a Nutrition Coach (Level 1) by Precision Nutrition.
He is relentless in not allowing fear-mongering, nor the formality of diagnostic language to intimidate clients, instead encouraging an embracing of the myriad idiosyncrasies of the human body and working with our healing powers. Ashish maintains and oversees the delivery of the highest standard of Wellness Coach services through ongoing teaching, evaluation and direction of Wellness Coaches. He is accountable for the integration of Wellness Coach services through virtual platforms to meet the comprehensive needs of clients and provide quality services that are designed to Prevent, Improve, Restore, and Sustain overall health and wellness.

Dean FeickSenior Vice President, Genesis HealthCare International
In 1986, Dean began his career with Genesis HealthCare and today brings a wealth of operational knowledge, financial acumen, project management and IT experience to Genesis HealthCare International.
Throughout Dean’s 36 – year career, Dean held various positions within the Genesis HealthCare and Genesis Rehabilitation Services (GRS) entities. Dean’s positions included Area Vice President for Genesis HealthCare’s 72 Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living/Independent Living Communities, Lead GHC Operator for the development and deployment of the Point Click Care (PCC) operating system, Vice President of Operational Improvement, GRS Vice President of Assisted Living/Independent Living Services and GRS Vice President of Labor Management.
In 2014, when Genesis HealthCare decided to provide services abroad, Senior Management asked Dean to lead the team as the Vice President of International Operations. Today, Dean is the Senior Vice President of Genesis HealthCare International leading a team of experienced operators in China, India and abroad.
Dean earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from Pennsylvania State University in 1984, and earned a Master of Science degree in Health Administration from Saint Joseph’s University in 1999. In 1993, Dean earned and keeps active his Pennsylvania administrator license and earned a Lean Sigma Green Belt certification from Johns Hopkins.
Neil TockmanVice President, Genesis HealthCare International
Neil is an experienced executive with 26 years of leadership experience in the Hospitality, Senior Housing, Healthcare, and Rehabilitative Care markets. Neil holds a bachelor’s degree from Johnson and Wales University. He began his career operating hotels and transitioned into the healthcare industry holding multiple positions at Hebrew Senior Life’s premiere continuing care retirement community, Orchard Cove.
In 2002, Neil joined Genesis HealthCare as the Executive Director/Administrator of the Heritage at Cleveland Circle campus. Upon successfully transitioning the campus to new ownership, Neil returned to Genesis in 2005 as Area Director of Genesis Rehabilitation Services before being promoted to Senior Area Director in 2010. In 2014, as Genesis set its sights on global expansion and Neil was appointed Senior Director of International Operations.Surrounded by a strong team, he has successfully opened multiple healthcare centers throughout eastern China. Today, as Vice President of Genesis HealthCare International, Neil continues to play a leadership role in expanding Genesis HealthCare in China and India through startups, acquisitions, operations, and consulting around the world.
Linda Mullen-WinerVice President, Genesis HealthCare International
Linda is a seasoned operations executive with more than 34 years of experience working in a wide range of settings including acute care, LTACH, IRF, senior care, outpatient, PACE and home health. With a strong commitment to operational efficiency, patient outcomes and regulatory compliance, she has successfully led teams through vast changes in healthcare regulations and funding, as well as corporate reorganizations, acquisitions and mergers.
Linda joined Genesis Rehab Services in 2012 as the Division Vice President for the Western U.S., and became Vice President of Clinical Operations for Genesis’s International Division in 2016. In her current role, she is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, program development and quality assurance for Genesis HealthCare International and its international subsidiaries. Linda holds a Master’s degree in Communication Disorders from California State University, Northridge and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Kinesiology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Caroline Browne, MSPTSenior Director of Clinical Rehab Operations
Caroline has been a licensed Physical Therapist for 18 years and has been employed with Genesis Healthcare for more than 13 years. As part of Genesis Healthcare International she supports all clinical rehabilitation as well as other departments such as food and nutrition, recreation, and environmental services. She is also responsible for overseeing and creating trainings and establishing clinical competencies for maintaining quality care standards. Caroline has been highly involved with the development and delivery of TeleWellness Services in India. Caroline holds a master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Russell Sage Graduate School in NY, with post-professional doctorate level training in manual rehabilitation techniques. She has more than 17 years of leadership working in a variety of healthcare settings such as acute care, nursing homes, assisted/independent living, home health, and outpatient locations.
Dianne Lyver, BSPTSenior Director of Clinical Business Operations
Dianne has 20 years of professional healthcare experience andhas been employed with Genesis since 2004. Over the years, she has held various positions includingPhysical Therapist, Rehab Program Manager, Senior Program Manager and Area Director with Genesis Rehabilitation Services. Today, Dianne is part of the Genesis HealthCare International team as Senior Director of Clinical Business Operations, providing operations and management consulting to business partners abroad.Dianne’s experience spans a range of settings including acute and subacute rehabilitation, long-term care, assisted living, and outpatient rehabilitation. She has valuable clinical and leadership experience and a distinct perspective on the realities of delivering high-quality care while ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness. Dianne holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University, Canada.
Charmarie Adkins, MSN RN CICSenior Director of Nursing Clinical Operations
A Registered Nurse for more than 20 years, Charmarie has worked in both acute and long-term care settings and has served in a range of roles including Director of Nursing, Wound Specialist, Infection Control Coordinator, and Facility Educator. She joined Genesis HealthCare in 2009 as an instructor for Certified Nursing Assistants, later becoming a Facility Educator and a Regional Educator with responsibility for oversight of education for southern West Virginia Genesis locations. Charmarie received her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Marshall University, Huntington, West Virginia. She holds a Certification in Infection Control, an international certification that represents a commitment to infection control and prevention.
