    Nanki L. Singh

    CEO and MD
    Nanki has been a part of the financial services industry in various roles in India and abroad for over a decade. She previously worked for the Royal Bank of Canada, CIBC, and Religare Financial Services, and then moved onto establishing a boutique transaction advisory firm specialising in healthcare – Traverse Advisory Pvt Ltd.It is in this capacity, Nanki realized a growing need for Senior Care and a gap in operational expertise available in India to fulfill the growing demand. This need and a vision inspired a strategic collaboration between Genesis HealthCare (Genesis International Operations) and Traverse forming Genesis Rehabilitation Services India Pvt Ltd. GRS India envisions to be a first-mover, game changer in the senior care industry in India.

    Nanki holds an MBA from Cornell University and received her undergraduate degree from Delhi University.

  • Asha-Sharma

    Asha Sharma

    Centre Director of Nursing
    Col(Retired) Asha Sharma is the Head of Nursing for our Centre Operations. Col Sharma, is Retired Nursing Officer from Military Nursing Service after serving for 31 years, from 30th August, 1987 till 31st October, 2018 involving both field as well as peaceful areas of states Kerala, New Delhi, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Chandigarh (Union Territory), Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Assam, and Rajasthan. She is a graduate from University of Delhi in B.Sc. Degree, followed by Diploma in Nursing from Kerala along with Midwifery from New Delhi as well as B.Sc. (Nursing) from University of Pune. She has professional as well as administrative experience in nursing and had the honor of serving under United Nations Mission in Sudan (UNMIS) along with attending the 2008 UNMIS Force Medical Conference in Khartoum (Sudan). She has received the Force Commander’s Commendation (UNMIS) for a services. During her service she has also attended Continuing Nursing Education and Workshop to keep abreast with protocols

    Dean Feick

    Senior Vice President, International Operations & Academy
    Dean joined Genesis in 1986, bringing a wealth of operations, project management, and IT experience to the team. He has held various positions within the company, including Area Vice President for Genesis HealthCare’s Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living/Independent Living Communities, Vice President of Operational Improvement, Vice President of Assisted Living/Independent Living Services, Vice President of Labor Management, and — most recently – Senior Vice President of International Operations and Academy for Genesis Rehab Services.Dean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from Pennsylvania State University, and a Master of Science degree in Health Administration from Saint Joseph’s University. Additionally, Dean is a licensed nursing home administrator in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and has earned a Lean Sigma Green Belt certification from Johns Hopkins.

    Neil Tockman

    Vice President, International Operations & Academy
    Neil is an experienced executive with 26 years of leadership experience in the Hospitality, Senior Housing, Healthcare, and Rehabilitative Care markets. Neil holds a bachelor’s degree from Johnson and Wales University. He began his career operating hotels and transitioned into the healthcare industry holding multiple positions at Hebrew Senior Life’s premiere continuing care retirement community, Orchard Cove.In 2002, Neil joined Genesis Healthcare as the Executive Director/Administrator of the Heritage at Cleveland Circle campus. Upon successfully transitioning the campus to new ownership, Neil retuned to Genesis in 2005 as Area Director of Genesis Rehabilitation Services before being promoted to Senior Area Director in 2010. In 2014, as Genesis set its sights on global expansion, Neil was appointed Senior Director of International Operations. Surrounded by a strong team, he has successfully opened approximately 18 centers throughout eastern China. Today, as Vice President of International Operations, Neil continues to play a leadership role in expanding Genesis HealthCare through startups, acquisitions, operations, and consulting around the world.

  • Charmarie Adkins

    Charmarie Adkins, BSN RN CIC

    Senior Director of Nursing Clinical Operations
    A Registered Nurse for more than 20 years, Charmarie has worked in both acute and long-term care settings and has served in a range of roles including Director of Nursing Wound Specialist, Infection Control Coordinator, and Facility Educator.She joined Genesis HealthCare in 2009 as an instructor for Certified Nursing Assistants, later becoming a Facility Educator and a Regional Educator with responsibility for oversight of education for southern West Virginia Genesis locations.Charmarie received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marshall University, Huntington, West Virginia. She holds a Certification in Infection Control, an international certification that represents a commitment to infection control and prevention.

    Caroline Browne

    MSPT- Sr. Director of Clinical Rehab Operations
    Carolinehas been employed with Genesis for more than 10 years and currently supports all rehabilitation service delivery for international businesses. As part of the international operations team, Caroline assists with assessing and formulating operational and clinical processes for customers in the areas of rehabilitation, food and nutrition, recreation, and environmental services.Caroline holds a master’s degree in physical therapy from Russell Sage Graduate School in NY, with post-professional doctorate level training in manual therapy rehabilitation techniques. She has more than 15 years of leadership and clinical experience as a physical therapist, working in a variety of healthcare settings such as acute care, nursing homes, assisted/independent living, home health, and outpatient services.

  • Dianne Lyver

    Dianne Lyver, PT

    Senior Director of Clinical Business Operations
    A Physical Therapist with more than 15 years of professional experience (including more than 10 years of leadership experience within GRS), Dianne is currently part of the GRS International Operations team, providing operations and management consulting to overseas business partners.Dianne’s experience spans a range of settings including acute and subacute rehabilitation, long-term care, and outpatient rehabilitation. She has worked as a Physical Therapist, Rehab Program Manager, Senior Program Manager, and Area Director for GRS, providing her with valuable experience and a distinct perspective on the realities of delivering high-quality care while ensuring operational efficiency. Dianne holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University, Canada.
